Complete technology for producing butadiene by oxidative dehydrogenation of butene:
The technology of butene oxidative dehydrogenation is used to prepare butadiene through gas-phase oxidation, and fully applies the domestic achievements in large-scale reactor technology and complete technology development that have been achieved for decades. Its technical characteristics are as follows:
(1) The advanced large-scale fixed bed dehydrogenation reaction process allows the device to operate under lower water ratio conditions, with uniform temperature distribution, low energy consumption, and less wastewater, resulting in lower capital costs.
(2) Adopting the full process heat coupling technology, the thermal energy is fully utilized, and energy consumption is further reduced.
(3) Excellent product quality: The highly selective catalyst suppresses a large number of side reactions, and the purity of the product butadiene reaches 99.5%. The content of impurity butadiene dimer is less than 10ppm, and there are also very few impurities such as acetonitrile, vinyl acetylene, and water.
(4) Flexible raw materials: Catalysts have good anti impurity properties and can be used as downstream C4 raw materials from traditional refineries or as by-product C4 raw materials from coal chemical MTO.
Butadiene catalyst:
The main brand of butadiene catalyst currently promoted is ODE series catalyst, and the main product features are as follows:
(1) High activity: The ODE series catalysts have a low operating temperature, wide range of applicable space velocity and pressure, and high conversion rate of raw material butene.
(2) High selectivity: ODE series catalysts reduce the production of deep oxidation products, significantly lower the COD index of wastewater, and significantly reduce material and energy consumption.
(3) High stability: ODE series catalysts have a lifespan of over 18 months and a one-way cycle of over 6 months; Maintain long-term stable operation and maintain reaction performance during operation.
(4) Environmentally friendly: The catalyst has no harmful or corrosive components, does not pollute the environment, and is easy to handle.
Promotion application:
The complete set of butene oxidative dehydrogenation technology was successfully put into operation in a 100000 ton/year plant in Jiangsu in 2017, with advanced technical indicators. The ODE series butadiene catalyst has been applied in multiple units in Jiangsu, Shandong, and other regions.
