1. Overview

On the basis of drawing on advanced hydrogenation catalyst design concepts at home and abroad, combined with our own technological accumulation in transition metal functional compounds and new catalytic materials, we have developed a reforming pre hydrogenation catalyst by adjusting the pore structure and acid distribution of the carrier, optimizing the combination and loading technology of active components, and improving and innovating the activation method. This catalyst is not only suitable for pre hydrogenation of high nitrogen and inferior naphtha, but also meets the requirements of hydrogenation refining, hydrogenation upgrading, and hydrogenation cracking pretreatment of various distillate oils. It has the advantages of strong raw material adaptability, good stability, and high activity of hydrogenation desulfurization and denitrification.

2. Product Features

(1) High strength, uniform particle size, using ordinary cloth bags for filling can achieve dense phase filling effect, simple and convenient loading and unloading, and low wear.

(2) Unlike traditional oxidation and external pre sulfurization hydrogenation refining agents, sulfurization hydrogenation catalysts use sulfur-containing active metal precursors to directly prepare hydrogenation catalysts, which are already high hydrogenation activity finished catalysts. They do not require sulfurization during operation, are safe and environmentally friendly, and have significant energy-saving and efficiency enhancing effects.

3. Promote application

It has been successfully applied in multiple sets of continuous reforming pre hydrogenation and gasoline hydrogenation units in China.
