1. Overview

Diesel hydrogenation catalysts are used in the hydrogenation refining process of diesel, with the main purpose of desulfurization (HDS), denitrification (HDN), and dearomatization (HDA), improving the cleanliness, combustion efficiency, and stability of diesel to meet Euro VI and higher emission standards. This catalyst is widely used in refineries, hydroprocessing units, and ultra-low sulfur diesel (ULSD) production to ensure the environmental performance and engine compatibility of diesel fuel.

2. Product Features

(1) Efficient desulfurization and denitrification: can reduce the sulfur content in diesel to below 10 ppm, meeting the ultra-low sulfur diesel (ULSD) standard.

(2) Reduce aromatic hydrocarbon content: Reduce aromatic hydrocarbons in diesel, increase cetane number (CN), and optimize fuel combustion efficiency.

(3) High catalytic activity: promotes alkylation, improves diesel combustion efficiency, and reduces exhaust emissions.

(4) Strong anti toxicity: high tolerance to metal impurities, colloids and other impurities, extending the service life of the catalyst.

(5) Wide adaptability: Suitable for various raw materials such as straight run diesel, catalytic diesel, coking diesel, coal to liquid (CTL), etc.

3. Application Fields

(1) Ultra low sulfur diesel (ULSD) production - complies with global environmental regulations and improves fuel cleanliness.

(2) Hydrorefining unit - optimizing diesel quality and improving economic benefits.

(3) Marine fuel desulfurization - meets the international shipping fuel low sulfur standard (IMO 2020).

(4) Pre treatment of aviation kerosene - improving the quality of aviation kerosene and reducing pollutant content.
