Four leaf wheel protector

1. Overview

Our company has developed a four bladed wheel hydrogenation protector with high scaling capacity, tailored to customers' pressure drop solutions. The matching hydrogenation agent is applied in the hydrogenation treatment process of heavy/low-quality raw materials such as secondary processing diesel, wax oil, and residue oil. The four bladed wheel protector has a high bed void ratio, strong scaling capacity, moderate activity, ensuring that heavy metal impurities are uniformly deposited in the protective agent pores, slowing down the increase in reactor bed pressure drop, and ensuring long-term stable operation of industrial equipment.

2. Promote application

Four leaf wheel protection agent is used in conjunction with hydrogenation refining agent, and is applied in the hydrogenation treatment process of heavy/low-quality raw materials such as secondary processing diesel, wax oil, and residue oil. Four leaf wheel protectants have been used in various hydrogenation units.
