1、overview
The carbonyl sulfur hydrolyser is developed and produced by Jiangxi 863 Company. It uses alumina as the carrier.
The finished
agent has large porosity, high internal diffusion performance and high effective utilization rate of active components.
The hydrolytic agent is added with active additives, which can increase the hydrolysis and
conversion activity of COS, improve
the hydrolysis accuracy, resist the impact of O2, and the export COS≤0.02×10-6.
This product is suitable for fine desulfurization of synthetic gas, refinery gas, natural gas, propylene, liquefied gas,
light hydrocarbons, naphtha, solvent oil and other gas and liquid materials.
2、reaction principle
COS reacts with the remaining trace water in raw propylene to produce CO2 and H2S. The reaction
mechanism is as follows:
COS + H2O → H2S+ CO2
The hydrolytic catalyst has high activity and great adsorption capacity on the surface. When the sulfide in
propylene interacts with the electron
acceptance center on the surface of the hydrolyzer, surface compounds such as sulfonates,
sulfates, thiosulfates and thiocarboxylate are generated
, making the organic sulfide hydrolyzed into inorganic sulfide.
