Ceramic insulation brick

Hits: 1 Time: 2025-02-14

1. Overview

Ceramic insulation brick is a refractory material used for insulation of high-temperature equipment and kilns, characterized by low thermal conductivity, high refractoriness, and strong thermal shock resistance. It is widely used in high-temperature furnace linings, insulation layers, and thermal equipment in industries such as steel, glass, ceramics, petrochemicals, power, and building materials. It can effectively reduce heat loss and improve energy utilization efficiency.

2. Product Features

(1) Low thermal conductivity: effectively reduces heat loss and improves kiln thermal efficiency.

(2) High refractoriness: can withstand high temperatures of 1000-1800 ℃, suitable for extreme working conditions.

(3) Strong thermal shock resistance: uniform heating, not easy to crack, adaptable to high temperature and rapid changes in the environment.

(4) Light weight and high strength: Compared to traditional refractory bricks, ceramic insulation bricks have lower density and reduce furnace load.

(5) Chemical corrosion resistance: resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, suitable for harsh environments such as metallurgy and chemical engineering.

3. Application Fields

(1) Steel industry: blast furnace, hot blast stove, heating furnace, steelmaking furnace lining.

(2) Glass industry: glass melting furnaces, annealing furnaces, heat treatment equipment.

(3) Ceramic industry: ceramic kilns, sintering furnaces, thermal equipment insulation.

(4) Petrochemical industry: cracking furnace, hydrogenation reactor, combustion equipment insulation layer.

(5) New energy: insulation systems such as solar thermal power generation systems and high-temperature gasifiers.
