Pingxiang College and our company successfully held a school enterprise visit and exchange activity

On the morning of April 28th, Chen Lin, Secretary of the School of Materials and Chemical Engineering at Pingxiang University, Wang Xianzhong, Dean, Xiang Yun, Deputy Secretary, and Tong Le, Deputy Secretary of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, led a delegation of more than 30 students to visit and exchange ideas with the company.

Firstly, Zhou Xuejiao, the human resources manager of the company, warmly welcomes the arrival of teachers and students from Pingxiang College, hoping to build an interactive platform for graduates through communication and deepen cooperation between schools and enterprises. Then Manager Zhou Xuejiao gave a detailed introduction to the corporate culture, future development plans, and talent training system of 863. Currently, 863 has entered a rapid development channel, with strength, confidence, and determination to achieve brilliant results and create a century old enterprise. At the same time, 863 is eager for more outstanding students from Pingxiang College to join, which will provide a broad development platform for talents.

After the symposium, Mr. Chen Yaqin led the faculty and students of the university to visit the company's production workshop, introducing the company's technical strength, industrial planning, production technology, and other aspects. Through visiting and learning, we helped students better understand the operation and internal situation of the company, shared the matching view between company employment and individual job seeking, guided students on how to face the upcoming workplace, and gave them a profound understanding of the employment field and direction of this major.

The purpose of this visit and exchange is to enhance mutual understanding between the company and recent graduates from Pingxiang University, provide talent for the company's professional and technical fields, and reach preliminary employment cooperation intentions with some students on site. It is also an important measure for the company's human resources and talent team construction work to better achieve accurate matching of job resources.
